LN order placed

John Clifford in Chicago

>I ordered the LN 25th annaversary bronze 4.5 today. The girl on the phone said they went on sale yesterday and they've sold about a hundred already. If your your thinking about it I wouldn't wait too long. I love being a bad influence :) Can't wait, and oh yeah, it'll be a user not a paper weight collecting dust.

>I ordered mine from LN Canada this morning. THey have 22 left in Canada. I suspect they'll be gone by the end of next week.

Now I need the funds and I'll be using mine allot as well. No tools in my shop are their to be admired. They are all users.

It's not like they both don't do a bunch of business, especially with new product releases.

Take care, Mike

>I was on the LN list, and they sent me an E-Mail to buy. I was waiting to see the weight.

I decided not to order, even thru I WANTED ONE--because I think a 6.5 lb smoother is too heavy for me. I have 3 modern infill smoothers--an Ashley Iles, a Shepard and my pride and joy--a Wayne Anderson--(sorry for the stealth gloat),and the heaviest is just over 5 lbs--and that's pretty heavy to use on a regular basis. The LN is a pretty thing, but I'm afraid it would be end up being looked at but not used much. For a heavyweight I'll use my LN 5.5 (7 lbs).

Just my thought. I really do want to buy it!
