While I know some of their ealier special edition planes were limited to 500, I would have thought such a common user size would have allowed for many more. Especially with users like myself who think more weight in a smoother is so desirable, that they will entertain crazy ideas such as injecting lead into a #36 tranny body.
Perhaps a shortage in supply is part of the plan ;-) Ofcourse, I'm also not in a position to have a clue as to the business/market side of the plane making.
Regardless, I got my order in. Now to come up with a face saving justification to the wife as to why I needed a second LN4.5. I guess I have a month or two to work on that one.
