Where's Ned?

>A short while ago a fellow named Ned wahed up on the shores of The Island, and I busted his chops all in good fun over saying the "B" word--Budget in the same sentence with "buying old tools. I didn't see him around much after that. I hope I didn't run him off. Last I knew he was looking for a place down by the river to park his van, and than POOF!, he was gone. Anybody know his whereabouts. He seemed to be a good fellow.

I hope I didn't run Ned off, I was only funnin'. I don't think I did really, but he hasn't been around for quite some time. Ahhhhhhhh well, guess I'll have to harass Steve "Baiteater" Mackay for awhile.
