I use SS (sandpaper on glass) to sharpen, not power and I'd be reluctant to get to the better steel waaaay early in my Blue Handles' lives but I appreciate your insights.

>I'm actually in TO also, but use the .au ending to keep spam down. I cut back some blue chips for my dad, and he likes them, but I wouldn't do it without some kind of grinder, it would take for ever.
