If you are only cleaning out the sockets of half-blind dovetails then you don't need a great amount of skew to get into the corners. If for example your dovetails are based on the ratio of 1:8 (typical for hardwood) then you would only need a skew of 7.13-degrees, or 8-degrees for the sake of simplicity. To access the corner of a dovetail socket that is based on a ratio of 1:6 (typical for softwood) you would need a chisel skewed only 9.46-degrees, or 10-degrees for the sake of simplicity.
I calculated these angles using an inverse tan function and a right angled triangle with approprite length sides opposite and adjacent to the angle in question (trigonometry). Feel free to check my calculations, its a long time since I've done any trigonometry. Any skew greater than these angles is wasted and just serves to weaken the point of the chisel.
If on the other hand you are going to use the chisels for general paring work then some of the other suggestions here will be more appropriate.
