Look at these *LINK*
Dan Donaldson
>A Google search for free fonts.
free fonts
A few specific typefaces *LINK*
Andrew F in Australia
>Google will bring them up easily enough - If you need help locating a particular face, let me know and I'll find out where I downloaded it from (thankyou Google Desktop (c))
Here's a few possible suggestions as far as typeface:
Avignon
Burmingham
Burton's Nightmare
Gatsby
Greyhound (this one's a Mackintosh lookalike)
Metropolis
New Yorker
New Hampshire
Nickerbocker
Nickley
Nouveau
The site below is the one that had free fonts for download.

>How do you get them? I tried saving to disk AKA "save link/ file as" but to no avail, I'm stuck. Any help?

Thank you!
Thanks Dan...

No problems - download instructions
Andrew F in Australia
>Hi Scott,
(this assumes that you're using an IBM computer with windows)
(1)If you click on the link next to each font (where it says click here) Cheers, Andrew (who's not the best in the world at computer stuff and hopes that these instructions make sense.)
(2)A download window will come up, click on 'save to disk' and then 'OK'
(3)On my computer, this saved to the desktop - if it doesn't save there, use the search function on the computer to look for
(3a) some of these files may be in a *.zip file, you need to extract these, by right-clicking on the *.zip file and then choosing the 'extract' function.
(4)Copy or move the font file to your windows/fonts directory (folder.) On my computer, it's at c:\windows\fonts\
You will see a lot of font files in this directory. Just add the file to the directory (folder)
(5) Open up Microsoft Word and see if the font is available to use. If so, good. If not, please ask again and we'll see where the problem lies
Got 'em Andrew Thank you!
