Stanley 130 plane question

I picked up a Stanley 130 plane that is unusual.
It says 130 on it, but only has one blade slot and a tote on the rear. Also no extra rod or holes.
I can't seem to find any info on it.
Anyone have any ideas about it?

>As Tom says I am sure it is an owner modified tool where the casting was trimed and got a tote, plane didn't come from the factory like this..I bet if you measure the lentgh of the sole ,[down the center] it will be more like around 7 1/2 in. long instead of 8 like it should...Sort of an interesting modification to a minimal vaule plane....Todd

But, I'm pretty sure this was made this way.
I can't find any evidence of any old holes or a blade slot that was closed up.
That was my first thought also.

I'll check it against one of my other 130's and see.
It is a puzzler tho.
If it's the same length, where do we go then?
