I tried to ask to McMaster if they send overseas to Italy and they have answered:

"Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, due to the ever-increasing complexity of U.S. Export regulations, McMaster-Carr can no longer accept orders for private individuals outside of the United States. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this causes you."

Do you know where I can find that steel which can be sent to Europe?
