>I could see a downside to looking at all the pricey stuff everyday all day everyday. Looking at the flyer the first thing I did was eye up if there was a discount if you bought the whole set:) Sadly there was not but I'm going to head over and look at them tomorrow.

>You won't be sorry if you buy them. Cut like a hot knife through soft butter. The way they're stitched you have great control over the cut. Some people say that there's not much difference between them and Nicholsons, but if you have them side by side, the difference is obvious.

>Rob Cosman, the Canadian distributor for Lie-Nielsen, also sells Auriou rasps and has been for some time. And he is a great guy to deal with.

>Those rasps are a tool you'll reach for alot.I heard talk about them but the first time I saw one,Chris Schwarz was shaping a saw handle with one at a Wood Works show. After seeing that I knew I had to have a couple. If they weren't so pricey I'd have a drawer full. They really work as advertised.---Jack
