>I saw a local furniture store advertisement on TV last night that gave me the giggles. Some lady is doing the voice-over in a snooty accent, and expanded upon the "Mor-TEESE and Ten-AHWN" construction. I sure hope that this one doesn't spawn copycats of this horrible "mortise and tenon" mispronunciation.
Bad Marketing always makes me gag.
