Winchester chisel value

>I just picked up a 5/8" chisel, clean though clearly used, marked "Winchester/trademark/Made in USA." The socket is clean, but the handle is mostly gone.
Winchester chisels seem to get ridiculously high prices on eBay, but they have handles - is this likely to have collector value, or is it a nice little user once I put a handle on it?

Year or two ago I sold a mint 1/8th inch one for around $150 if I remember right but unusual size and condition.Winchester chisels have a unusual distinctive handle which is stained blackish green. Having the original handle is a big part of thier price I feel because it is pretty distinctive, I have found that spraying black spray paint on a brown stained handle gits it pretty close.
...You often hear that Stanley made the chisels for Winchester but I am pretty certain now from reseach I have done they actually made them thierselves.Probably a good quality chisel......Todd
