They paid for my mistake!

>Ok, I am just a beginner trying to learn how to make some cabriole legs. So I got hold of a Lonnie Bird article for some help. One of the tools he recommends is a bent spoon gouge, so I ordered one from Joel at Tools for Working Wood. When it got here, though, I noticed that is was bend backwards. Sure enough, I had ordered the wrong bend. So I emailed Joel and told him of my mistake, and he gave me directions on how to return the tool and that he would pay the return postage! I have heard of other companies doing that too. This is such a great service to those of us who just live too far away from a good tool store to be able to look before we buy. It won't make me careless when placing orders, but I will know that I have a painless way to correct any mistake that I make. Thank you Joel and the other companies that have this policy.
