So you're thinking

Bill Houghton, Sebastopol, CA

>that this is the reverse of that urban legend about the ex who sells a Porsche for $1 because the divorce settlement required her/him to sell the car and split the proceeds? Interesting theory.

I don't know...I've been to too many garage sales with, as Tom MacGregor reports from looking at the seller's other offerings, "...Lots of stuff covered with hearts or teddybears. A few things covered with hearts AND teddybears..." and one or two overpriced tools - in other words, people who have no idea what a hand tool is worth but just know that it's old looking and therefore must be insanely valuable. I wouldn't assume the wifely pressure scenario.

>WHAT is this talk of EXTRA planes?

And if there WAS such a thing, what did you do put them all on display and let SWMBO see them?

>I agree...putting all the planes together in one place and letting SWMBO see them en mass is the second largest mistake a person can make (right behind starting a land war in asia).

Keep em in a closed case I say!!!
