Here's a place across the pond (page all teh down to the bottom) but, your probably better going thru St. James.

Anybody know if Laurie still at Stanley tools? Maybe she could help. Also they do show up on ebay from time to time.

>Stanley have discontinued making blades for the 271 and have been out of stock for more than a year. You may check out Ray Iles, perhaps via Joel, as the UK old tool sellers have recently found a source for all their 271's sans blades.

However, the St. James price of $6 is only $0.65 more than Stanley's price, and what with the very costly shipping from the UK these days, it sounds like a very good deal.

>I had thought about getting one of those mini routers from St James anyway, so this will be a good excuse! The 271 is one of those things you find uses for after you get it. I bought it to do some inlay type stuff. The other day, I used it to cut out an area to hold a small diamond stone (those are wonderfully handy too).
