In a nutshell, same length, filed past its prime, fewer ppi [9 iirc], and a slightly smaller handle. Marked German Steel on the back below the maker's impression.

Purely aestetical point of view, it looks a litlle bit weird, kinda out of proportion. Handle seems too small for the blade, actually it's the other way around I think.

3 nutter this time, eh? ;-) What, the handle wasn't a good fit this time? ;-) ( just stirrin the pot! ;-)

Yep, I'm sure the blade is taller than what an original would have been. My example has been filed past its prime.

Yep, three. See, we're flexible . Being that it is an open handle and a large saw, I felt it should be. Especially how a blade fits on an open handled saw. Not much back-of-blade contact. And I thickened the bridge a bit as I felt the strength was necessary for a large, opened handled saw.

For a smaller version, the handle would be the same as the original as well as the blade. And two bolts...

And Chico, I think I already stirred the pot...
