>Minutes ago the doorbell rang and I dashed upstairs, expecting my new LV round faced spokeshave to be delivered today. It takes me exactly 24 seconds to get from my computer chair to the door and have it opened (I have timed it). The package from LV was laying on the porch and the Fedex truck was already out of sight, around the corner a block away. It is approximately 50 feet from my front door to where the Fedex truck parks in the street. That guy is swift!!!!!!!
BTW, I took the LV spokeshave out if the box and immediately started shaving the walnut that I bought the plane for. Worked great, without adjustment or honing. Thanks Rob and all your great gang at LV.
