Fishing pole rack plans needed

>I've searched for the plans and looked in catalogs but lacking any available wallspace to hang a rack or any suitable floor space for a freestanding one, I planning to attach it to the ceiling.
Any ideas, plans, or pics would sure help. I'm planing it for about 18 rods.
