(Photoshopped out of the rectangle in the center of the reflection? It almost looks like that's a mirror which has been photoshopped mostly blank.)

>Another possibility is that a view camera was used. (one with a bellows). With a view camera, you can stand right in front of a mirror and take a picture of it without being in the picture. The way is works is a little complicated, but it can be done. You can als take a picture down a street from one side and make it look like you were standing in the middle of the street.
