>The 400 was the one on sale at the Borg at the time and I think I had some gift certificates my kids had given me for Christmas or birthday or something. I am not sure they make that one anymore - it might have been replaced by the 500. I also bought a spare grinding wheel for it, just in case I suddenly needed it someday. I wouldn't buy the cheapie that runs off a drill motor. A higher priced one will sharpen split points - I don't think mine will do that.
