Waterstone storage
Bob Sobieck
>With a busy life and all I find less time to spend at the wood. I am wondering how I should store my Japanese water stones. Now, I use them - get them all wet - clean, wipe dry, set out to dry for a day or 2 then put them in the original box they came in. Although this looks nice in the storage area, its a real pain through the use and storage cycle each time. Can I just leave them out unprotected? I thought a plastic tub, with plasctic between stones to prevent destructive rubbing. They stay in my basement and dont't think I would want them in a water bath since it is somtimes one or 2 months between uses.
