>This will be the third year in a row now that I have a week of vacation right smack dab in the middle of the salmon run for some reason. This year after hurricane Katrina went through I thought I would go down somewhere in Mississippi or Alabama and do a week of cleanup, but it turns out that Samaritan's Purse has 100 beds for volunteers and have been swamped with over 5000 volunteers. I had a team of 6 people ready to go, but they could not schedule us anywhere in the near future. So I will have to go fishing instead I guess. I'll set up camp in the woods today (no running water, no 'letric; real camping) and spend this evening and the rest of the week fishing. Back sometime next saturday. My dad and two cousins will be in the same area also, but I'll have my own camp (anti-social and cheap, I guess) so will have more pic's of my dad to show off perhaps. Looking forward to those awesome fish.
