Best I can do for tool shops is here and Jeff Gorman's site. I don't know how you'll be set for transport, but Ray Iles isn't too far from Lincoln. Neither is the Ashley Iles factory...

I have been steadily buying Ashley Iles gouges (from Joel, who has some history and a photo on his site), and they are one of those rare breed of tools that make you smile every time you pick one of em up. Really all business, real good heft, and a terrific feel in the hand.
