Hurricane cleanup

Moses Yoder in White Pigeon, MI

>Kind of pumped up about it ;) It looks like I will be going somewhere south for a week of hurricane cleanup October 10-14. I found out I had to raise a crew of 5 people minimum to work with Samaritan's Purse. I anounced my plans at our local church yesterday and already have two others who think they will go, so that makes three and so it looks like it will be pretty easy to get a group together; haven't talked to my relatives and the other local church yet. Will be very interesting.

I Admire Your Commitment, Moses!

>Wish I were young enough (and flush enough with cash), to do the same thing but fear that at 63 my physical strength would not be sufficient to help as much as someone younger in my stead. I've got the time and would donate it willingly but doubt that I'd give value for dollar, so to speak.

Congratulations and keep us posted on how your recruiting proceeds and what you experience when you get there.
