The Buller Saw Set

>Went to flea market this morning and for $1 picked up a tool that is about a foot long, cast iron. It has 3 depressions in a row in what looks like it would be the upper jaw of a lagset of pliers. Beneath this is a ajsustable bolt that runs parallel to the depressions. Cast into the side it saws The Buller Saw Set.
Anybody got a picture and a description of it's use of it in a Sawset book?
I'm thinking that it is for large circular saws that would be used at a old-time sawmill.
I admit to not doing any research on it yet as I just got home a short while ago, but thought I'd post about anyway to see if anybody has any info on it.
Spent another $3 on a nice book Titled Country Wisdom by David Larkin. Looks like it'll be a good study of Early America stuff.
