Best part of the summer

Moses Yoder in White Pigeon, MI

>Tomorrow is my softball tourney, and then softball will be over. Will be fun, but definitely the hardest work I've done all week. What I actually wanted to talk about is what has become a standard part of my summer, and that is tool meets. If you are not a member of the Mid-West Tool Collectors, I would certainly advise you to look into it.

John Sindelar has started putting on a tool meet at his shop annually, and it is always the day before the Darley's Barn meet, which makes for one great weekend of doing nothing but looking at tools, thinking about tools, fondling tools, and so on and so forth. Not to mention the great food and company. This summer has been great, but it's possible that next weekend will be the best one of the summer.
