Vacation

William Duffield, on the Cohansey

>I'll be in Central Florida on vacation for a couple of weeks, starting tomorrow. I'm going for the heat and humidity and thunderstorms; just can't seem to get enough of it here on the Cohansey. No, Really, I'm going to visit family.

Also plan to meet up with Mike Fitterling in Lake Wales and maybe Rod Peterson. Am I even allowed to mention his name on this forum? :^J

Y'all behave yourselves while I'm gone, or at least don't do anything I wouldn't do. ;^) Don't know if I'll find access to WC while I'm down there or not.

Bon Voyage, William

>Good Afternoon William.

Enjoy the heat and humidity and family. I am confined to the bone chilling frigid Northland of SE PA where it has warmed up a bit. There are so many lightning bugs flashing that I can read Pop Woodworking in the back yard at midnight.

>Don't people visit Florida in the winter? Maybe you'll get lucky and find some Mahogany for sale cheap due to all the bad weather in the last few months. Have fun hopefully things will cool off a little.

Thanks for keeping an eye on things here.

And have a great trip.

>George, I have a printer problem, which I won't be able to deal with 'til I get back, so the pattern will also have to wait until then. Sorry I couldn't get it done for you ahead of schedule.

If you get desperate, you should be able to print out the preliminary one and scale it down 7:6 using a Xerox machine. I'm including it here, in case the e-mail version didn't make it to you. Curious, when I do a preview, the drawing looks a lot bigger than 7" tall. I guess there must be something (probably a lot) I don't understand about .gif format.

>Last week, during chat, Jim in Burlington proposed we dedicate a chat session to plane making, in case you are looking for a specific topic.
