LVPSS update

They're flat and so I went back to using the sharpener. It now works as advertised although I've finally figured out why they're so into microbevels. I cannot get a truly flat bevel AND a straight edge cutter. This isn't an issue on smaller cutters like most widths of chisels. It is problematic for me on plane irons. No worries for me as I still like to finish up on my waterstones.
It is easier and faster to use than a traditional wheel grinder, IMO and much more versatile. I can sharpen and hone curved cutters - scrub and jack irons and turning gouges - as well as get straight edged cutters well-prepped for honing on waterstones.
