Infill shoulder plane blade - advice wanted

>I recently bought this dovetailed shoulder plane. It has no maker's name and, although it appears patterned very closely on a Norris, I doubt very much it is one. Still, it is very nicely made, has a tiny mouth and should become a very nice user - as long as I can get a decent blade for it (the existing one is incorrect - lacks any overhang and does not hold an edge).
What recommendations for blades (who makes shoulder plane blades)? It requires a 9/64" thick by 1-1/4" wide body (so a smidgeon wider than that is needed) by about 8" long (that would provide an overhang beyond the wedge of 1-1/2"). How much overhang is typical for planes like this?
Any idea of a maker?
Regards from Perth
