>Had occasion to send an enquiry to LV regarding a part for one of their tools. Sent it by e-mail and got a reply the next day stating that they had contacted the manufacturer and found it available. I called to order it and managed to cut them off trying to take an incoming call I was expecting. They called ME back and apologised, profusely, for the cut-off! After exchanging best wishes for our (separate) upcoming national holidays, I rang off as a very satisfied customer.
