>Newest plane is a type 11 4 1/2 with 99% japanning and what is probaly the original blade. Purchased yesterday at the Friendship, IN flea market for the princely sum of fifteen dollars. The knob is wrong but I have a few spare low knobs and rods so that wasn't a problem.

I also saw a cleaned up but rough 605 for 160 bucks. It made me feel good about the 605C and 604 that I have less than a hundred bucks in together.
