"It's me, it's me, it's Ernest T."!!
"I wouldn't marry you...
Rich Glisson
>...if you were the last man on earth!" (Barney Fife to Ernest T. Bass, in the episode "Mountain Wedding", where they dress Barney up in a wedding dress to lure Ernest T. out of the woods).
We watch that episode over and over on DVD and both of our daughters (ages 6 and 8) use that phrase constantly.
R.I.P. Ernest T.

Yeah Thomas, tht's my favorite Ernest T. line.
Funny thing is that Ernest T. was only in a few episodes of The Andy Griffith show, yet he is one of the most remembered charecters of not only the show, but of T.V. in general.

Little know fact - Don Knotts sight was so bad he had memorize the sets and scenes because he would trip over things when he wasn't wearing glasses.
