>I am planning to purchase a new cordless drill but haven�t decide whether will be the DeWalts Heavy Duty XRP� 1/2" (13mm) 18V Cordless Hammer drill/Drill/Driver Kit - DC988KA or the 14.4V Cordless Hammer drill/Drill/Driver Kit - DC984KA; which discount prices are listed at Amazone.com for $233.00 and $164.01 respectably. The selected drill will be use at home and at the ranch for medium to heavy duty use. The only concern is the additional weight and handling vs. my old DeWalts 12V Model 976 purchased many years ago. If any of you have in their shop any of the above new drills I will like to have your comments and preferences.
