That my friend is a very incorrect statement. Your work and Waynes work are two different mediumns. Trust me, I admire your work as much as I admire Waynes.

I can't believe you said that. Sheeeeeeeeeeesh, if I could make planes as nice as yours I'd do backflips.

>I meant infills. his make mine look like dogs (G) but then again he spent far more time on one then I could. but I have never been one to know what is really beutiful. I tend to aviod mirrors they are hard on my stumach (G)

I feel good that I can atleast dry is ebony for him (G)

Do you have any more pics that you can post? I can not quite make out the ingraving from the side. I do not think that I have ever seen metal encapsulated infill wood like that. Quite attractive.

This plane will have duties beyond violin making. Wayne is making me a plane though that would be considered a luthiers specialty plane.

All I can tell you is that it will have a dual radius sole.
