>Folks thanking Lee Valley is becoming pretty ordinary, but LV's service is anything but ordinary, so I'm gonna add my piece to the pile.

The last order I placed to LV, I wrote into the 'Comments' space that I had lost a little brass screw off my twin-screw vise, described what it was, and could they please find me another one and bill me whatever it cost. Well, they did.

Now this brass screw isn't a big-ticket part, but somebody at LV had to go into the twin-screw manual to identify the part, then go pick the part from inventory, do the inventory update, enter the part onto the invoice, and then send it free of charge. They sent two of em.

Great companies have great cultures, and this is one of them.

Thanks, Wiley
