>Yes I do from steel (o1). I smith them out on my forge then I cut the shape in the blade. It takes about a whole day to file the shape and get it to cut. The bodies are the easy part, baldes are the hard part. I can use old jack blades and cut them, but I try to save them for jacks. If the blade is not right, I do it over. Thanks Pam.
