Can somebody point me to a link which will give me charateristics of different species. I don't need anything too scientific. The best would be something which compares one species against others. For eg, the hardness of red oak is 'X' and jatoba is 'X plus 50%'. I need this to further my growing fascination with making wooden weapons for my martial art studies (swords for jodo to be exact).
