>Very Nice Chico,
I was camping up-island from you this summer at Miracle Beach. The parks guy dropped off my load of logs for the night and I ended up bringing home a couple of spalted maple logs.
The car was so packed they had to go under my three year olds feet.
Then in Nanaimo a friend offered me a 4" by 20" 4foot Arbutus log which I somehow managed to get in the car as well.
Gotta Love Firewood.

I think the legs look good - do they actually slope inward toward the center of the table in the top 1/3 or so, or is that just an illusion? From this one photo, it looks like a plumb bob hung from a corner might not 'strike leg' until it was pretty close to the floor!
Nice, nice work.

Hopefully more is coming

>Maybe somebody will post the pix for me (since pix. w/URL can be bigger than 40k) or I'll just put it in shop shots.
Legs are 1-3/4" square at the top, but they were sawn from 33"x3"x3" stock. They don'y go in at all, that must be the illusion; they just curve down & out.
Thanks,
Chico...
E-mail them to me

>I will see what I can do to get them below 40k and still looking OK. Send them as big and detailed as you can so that I have something to work with. I have a fast connection so size is relatively unimportant.

>Chico, I would be happy to host photos of your art, even if they are larger than the WC limit, if it will help to show the important details to the WC community. Up to now, my disappointment at not being able to see the importantant details of this table is agonizing. If you E-mail photos to me, I will edit and upload them to my server and post links to the pictures on this forum.
Thank You both Dan & William.

>Sir William has got them and probably more than what he asked for! ;-)
Thank you both very much.
