>For those interested who can navigate in French, Diderot's Encyclop�dia is now on line. I'll provide the main link, just do a search ("recherche") with the key words "Diderot" and "Encyclop�die". A few volumes in the list cover carriagemaking, furniture making and inlay, and carpentry. Great pictures of old tools and techniques.
