>I went to an estate sale today 1/2 price day and picked up one of them old jig saws that you mount a moter to I have one all ready just like it that I hope to get up and running on dog power any way back to the situation this one is kinda neat as it has a 1/3hp 24v DC motor made by Tessla Manufacturing Co. I had to pay $2 for it and a 1 hp delta motor. Am I sliding back up hill if I decide to make it work with that old chunk of cast iron energy? I could hook up an old dump truck generator to a wind mill to make it spin.

>Ernie, step away from the motor. Nice and slow and nobody needs to get hurt. That's better. Take a few deep breathes. In, out. Gee that was close. We thought we'd lost you that time. Now, get out in the shop, grab the most heavily rusted beater Stanley you can find and rehab that sucker to shave purpleheart end-grain. I know it's tough love but you need to learn a lesson.

>Don't worry I'm thinking that motor will buy quite a few tools. Tessla wasn't in buisness very long and I think collectors will jump all over this thing. and for the jig saw it's nice to have an extra for parts.
