I like mine - nice tight mouth, thick blade, and very pretty (eye of the beholder, etc). $125 for the current Boggs shave versus $85 for the LV.

I kept the box and maybe the grandchildren (present kid's are only 5 & 9) will be able to auction it on ebay and retire. I like it, though I've only used it a few times! I think that if you've used a plane without an adjuster you have a pretty good feel of how to adjust the blade. I haven't tried the new concave LV spokeshave, even though I worked there over Christmas, but I own the other two and they're sweet!
