A good and bad feeling
Moses Yoder in White Pigeon, MI
>I put on the last of three coats of finish tonight on the two sitting benches I am building. Tomorrow night I'll install the lids, with supports to keep them from slamming shut. And probably Saturday my babies will leave the shop to be with me no more. I watched them grow from somewhat rough looking lumber, into birth, and now nearly fully grown and ready to enter the world and see if they can handle it. I faced each challenge bravely as I raised them, and have gronw to love spending time with them. The best and worst of feelings; to finish a project, and move on to the next one.
