Thanks Rob Lee

>Rob

Once again your staff in the Customer Service department has bent over back wards to assist me. My sincere thanks to you and them.

Early in December I ordered a high angle blade for my Low Angle Jack Plane. FedEx apparently lost it in shipment. After three calls, starting on the 21st., I've gotten very little response from them. One call to your service department and another blade has been delivered to my house by UPS in two days. No one could ask for a faster response.

You have established your company as a shinning example of how to take care of the customer.

>Hi Richard -

Thanks for your understanding....at this time of year, I'm always amazed at just how well delivery services perform...even if the odd parcel goes astray.

Cheers -

>With both of you. LV has allways has great service. but I recently had a saw lost in the USPS the reciepant wanted it and it was not insured. I did fill out a form for a lost parcell and returened it to the PO about two weeks later I got it back it was setting in his post office they had delivered three slips telling him to pick it up as it was to large for his mail box and he never did. They returned it to me but I had to pay postage. I bet thet you will be returning a blade to LV any day now.

>My wife was wondering why the Christmas order she placed for me, and had sent to my son's place, was available under my login name for tracking? (I only peeked a little bit while ordering her stuff.Honest!)

Thanks for the goodies, by the way. Everything, in both orders, arrived in a timely manner, and was pleasing to the recipients.
