>Some of this stuff might be a bit of a rehash, and hope I'm not beating a dead horse or something like that - but for those interested, I've put a new article up on Norsewoodsmith.com covering hand saw basics, including basic types of saws, sharpening them, and using/tuning them. Each of the three 'articles' are 2 pages long, so if the linking is confusing, let me know.
I tried to cover a few basic types of saws used in furniture shops, sharpening and tuning them, straightening bent ones - at least to the best of my limited knowledge.
