Joel, 1/4 micron diamondpaste?

Jonathan Ronnow, Sweden

>How do you think 1/4 micron paste will work for stropping a straight razor? How about more "normal" edges as in chisels, planes? Overkill?

Im curious just how fine an edge such a paste will allow in general... I think others here might be curios, so Im posting here.

As for plane irons etc. for exotic allows Like s53 I think it's brilliant for regular alloys diamond paste speeds things up. Is it worth the effort to go to 1/4 micron, probably only instead of 1/2 micron not as an additional step.
