That being said, many (most?) of us are hybrid hand/power tool users, so some might comment here.

I'll just say that I know nothing of the dealer, but some of their prices *seem* misleading. They list the 1617EVS as having a 'retail' price of 324.00, and their price is $139 for a reconditioned tool. You can have this router at any number of stores for $180, brand-new. (That is, by the way, a darned fine tailed router, IMHO)
