infill building from Badger Pond?

paul womack

>In the last few months of Badger Pond, a guy (whose name escapes me) from Australia was assembling "the collective wisdom" on shop made infills. Can anyone remember his name, or what became of the information?

IIRC he was putting it on his website, as opposed to making a BP article.

Mick Doherty, are you out there??

Andrew F in Australia

>Hi Paul,

The guys name was Mick Doherty.

I still may have contact details, but I'm sure he still lurks here.

The website went by the wayside - Darryl Hutchinson may have a copy of the files, it was his website that the files were on.

Cheers,

Andrew

>Hi

I'm in the process of writing up in extreme detail

how I made my two dovetailed mitre planes, one with adjustable mouth. It may

possibly become some kind of article here, or the

thing could be sent to any interested on a cd.

I'm leaving no stone unturned in this thing, its half done and is 32 MB so anybody interested in this stuff hang in there a couple more weeks.I don't plan on charging anything for it, but, when the time comes, do you think it would be innapropriate to ask the interested party to send me their name and address with a buck for postage, cost of disc and so on???? The buck would be optional if you don't have it...perhaps the whole thing could be hosted somewhere, but it's going to be huge....

That would be a great addition to the web; Jim Yehle has already "done" smoother and panel planes.

Jim Yehle's great pages
