>What is the address to that patent resurch web page? I was playing with these deviders I bought today and they have a brass knob on the end of the compas so I was spinning it I thought it was to take them apart but NO it is a micro adjuster really neet has a spring in there and gives you about 3/8" of adjustment it's made by W.S. co New Haven Con. any one know this company? I want to try and look it up. Thanks Ernie

Are you thinking of DATAMP? Directory of American Tool and Machinery Patents. They don't have everything here, by any means, but there is a lot and it is easier to search that the USPTO database.
