Interesting Wooden Plane

>While on vacation in Maine I purchased a 26" wooden jointer plane at Captain Tinkhams in Searsport. It was a bit dirty so I proceeded to clean it with the British Museum formula and bring it back to life as a serviceable user. It had a Moulson Brothers cast steel blade with chip breaker, not rare or unusual. When I removed the wedge I noticed some script on the backside of it. At the back end the text was:

at Wethersfield State Prison
On the other end of the wedge written 180 degrees to the above:

I wasn't able to find anything on a George Warren that is applicable yet. I did find that Wethersfield was modeled after Auburn State Prison where they used prison labor to make wooden planes. There was no other marking on the plane other than "G. WARREN" stamped in the ends. Anyone have information on Wethersfield State Prison planes?
