>Sorry to keep bothering you guys on this chisel thing.. but do any of you have any experience with the bevel edge butt chisels from Hamlet Craft Tools? I found them on the Craftsman Studio website.

They are very clear that the turning tools are the high carbon steel but they never make mention of it in the bevel edge chisels.. I am not sure that they are.. Do you know?

I think their turning tools are a little fancier than "high carbon steel" though.
