>Looks like a type 2 fence, but has anyone ever seen the round knob on the cutter lock? This is an odd size thread and it's a stretch to believe that someone just found one that fit.

The brass thumb wheel for the slitting cutter is correct. Note that the depth stop, slittling cutter and slitting cutter depth stop have gone missing on that one. The thread size for the slitting cutter post and cutter lock are different sizes.
